Leisure Resort is privately owned and
located on beautiful, clear Long Lake in central Minnesota. The campgrounds
are very family oriented with campsites near the lake. Many of our sites are
seasonal rentals, with the same families coming back year after year.
Most campsites are near the water with
playground equipment for the children nearby. Bring your own boat and motor or you
can rent one of ours.
The campsite is a good starting
place to begin your exploration of the many craft shows and shops in the area. We
are only 2½ hours from the Twin Cities, one hour from Alexandria or Brainerd and a half
hour from Little Falls.
Many trees on the grounds give ample shade
to find some respite from the summer sun and quiet places to relax in conversation,
or to read the latest good book.
Plenty of open public areas serve well for
lawn games such as volleyball, badminton, croquet, etc. Whatever games you have can
usually be accommodated.
